With thousands of hours of content in its library, Peacock can feel overwhelming the moment you open the app. Where do you even start? That's exactly why we put together this guide. Whether you're in the mood for a slow-burn drama that keeps you up way past your bedtime, a comedy you can throw on in the background, or a reality series you just can't look away from, Peacock has something that'll hook you. Below, you'll find our top picks — the shows earning the most buzz and delivering the most entertainment right now.
## Must-Watch Shows on Peacock
**Genre: Comedy**
All nine seasons of this beloved mockumentary are available exclusively on Peacock, and they hold up beautifully. Follow the hilariously misguided Michael Scott and his Dunder Mifflin colleagues through workplace chaos that somehow always feels oddly relatable. If you've never watched it, prepare to lose a weekend — if you have, you already know it's always time for a rewatch.
**Genre: Drama**
Kevin Costner stars as John Dutton, the patriarch of a powerful Montana ranching family fighting to protect their land from developers, politicians, and rivals at every turn. Yellowstone is sweeping, cinematic, and packed with jaw-dropping scenery and shocking plot twists. It's the kind of show you'll be thinking about long after the credits roll.
**Genre: Mystery / Crime**
Natasha Lyonne is absolutely magnetic as Charlie Cale, a woman with an uncanny ability to detect when someone is lying. Each episode drops her into a brand-new mystery with a fresh cast of characters, delivering a modern spin on the classic "case of the week" format. Created by Rian Johnson, this Peacock Original is smart, stylish, and endlessly fun.
**Genre: Crime / Drama**
Whether you're a longtime devotee of the original Law & Order, a die-hard Special Victims Unit fan, or newer to the franchise via Organized Crime, Peacock is the definitive home for all things Law & Order. Hundreds of episodes across multiple series make this the ultimate destination for procedural drama fans who want depth, variety, and seriously compelling courtroom tension.
**Genre: Drama**
This bold reimagining of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air trades the sitcom format for a dramatic, serialized story that explores class, race, identity, and family with real emotional weight. Jabari Banks delivers a star-making performance as Will, a young man from West Philadelphia navigating a very different world in his wealthy uncle's Bel-Air mansion. It's a fresh take that honors the original while standing entirely on its own.
**Genre: Reality**
If you love reality TV drama served with a side of stunning ocean views, Below Deck is your show. Follow the crew of a luxury superyacht as they cater to demanding charter guests while navigating complicated relationships, professional conflicts, and all the chaos that comes with living and working in close quarters. It's addictive in the best possible way, and there are multiple spin-offs to keep you going.
**Genre: Reality**
From the glamour of New York and Beverly Hills to the drama of Atlanta and New Jersey, the entire Real Housewives universe is at your fingertips on Peacock. Jump into any city that catches your eye — each series has its own distinct flavor, unforgettable personalities, and moments that will have you texting your friends in disbelief. Plus, Peacock Original spin-offs like The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip take things to a whole new level.
**Genre: Comedy**
The Peacock Original reboot of Saved by the Bell is smarter and funnier than you might expect, blending sharp social commentary with nostalgic callbacks to the beloved original series. When California Governor Zack Morris (Mario Lopez reprising the role) shuts down low-income schools, the displaced students are sent to the well-funded Bayside High — where culture clash and comedy ensue. It's a witty, self-aware gem that works for newcomers and longtime fans alike.
**Can't-Miss Pick: Poker Face** — If you only have time for one new show right now, make it *Poker Face*. Natasha Lyonne's performance is a revelation, and Rian Johnson's writing ensures every episode feels like a complete, satisfying story. It's one of the most critically acclaimed Peacock Originals to date, and once you start, you won't be able to stop.
## How to Narrow Down Your Pick
Not sure which show to start with? Here's a quick way to think about it:
Start with **The Office** — it's timeless, endlessly rewatchable, and all nine seasons are right there waiting for you. If you finish it and want more, the **Saved by the Bell** reboot is a fun, light palate cleanser.
**Yellowstone** is your answer. It has the scale of a prestige cable drama with incredibly compelling characters and a story that builds beautifully across seasons. **Bel-Air** is another excellent choice if you prefer a contemporary setting.
**Poker Face** is built for you. Each episode presents a new crime and a new set of clues, so you can play detective alongside Charlie Cale every single week. The **Law & Order** franchise is also perfect for mystery fans who love procedural storytelling.
You can't go wrong with **Below Deck** or **The Real Housewives** franchise. Both deliver the kind of dramatic, highly rewatchable moments that are best experienced with company and snacks.
